Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy applies to Chembys Jewellery purchases made through www.chembys.co.in.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

    • The product received is damaged, or

    • An incorrect item (different from what was ordered) was delivered.

  • If a product is found to be damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement of the same model only.
     Exchange for a **different design or model is not permitted.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned:

    • In unused and original condition

    • With all original tags intact

    • In the original packaging

    • Along with the invoice, courier receipt, and any related documents

  Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once 12 hours have passed and the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • However, if the product qualifies under our Exchange Policy, customers may request an exchange accordingly.
